If you have a Finnish university degree, then you have the right to work

This is an extract from finnish law: 

(4) Aliens who have received a degree

or other qualification in Finland have a right

to gainful employment with a residence

permit issued under section 45(1)(1) or

section 47(1)(2) without the matter being

given the consideration laid down in section
